For centuries people have turned to natural remedies and alternative therapies to treat a variety of ailments. Natural Remedies are products used to treat conditions wherein the active ingredients are of natural origin. This includes minerals, herbs, animal parts, salts and bacterial cultures. Alternative Therapies are protocols that may not be fully endorsed by the medical professional field, but which have had years of anecdotal evidence that shows benefits for some cases and situations in which traditional medicine alone wasn’t working as well as hoped. These include combinations of nutritional supplements, specialized diets, herbal concoctions, traditional Chinese medicine, frequency therapy, and off-label medication usage, either alone or in combination with traditional medical care.
